We hope you love your lashes, but just incase we have a 7 day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If your return request is accepted, your item must be returned in the same condition it was received in and be unused. For hygiene purposes we will not accept returns for items that have been opened, tampered with or worn.
To start your return, please contact us at email@example.com. Please include your full name, order number, and reason for returning. We will then send the details of how to return your item and where to return your order to. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Please note that all postage charges to you will not be refunded and that you are responsible for the postage cost of the return.
